Ps 59,15 Sie laufen hin und her um Speise und murren, wenn sie nicht satt werden.

Psalm 60

Ps 60,1 Ein gülden Kleinod Davids, vorzusingen; von der Rose des Zeugnisses, zu lehren; da er gestritten hatte mit den Syrern zu Mesopotamien und mit den Syrern von Zoba; da Joab umkehrte und schlug der Edomiter im Salztal zwölftausend. O Gott [Elohim], der du uns verstoßen und zerstreut hast und zornig warst, tröste uns wieder.

Ps 60,8 Moab ist mein Waschbecken, meinen Schuh strecke ich über Edom, Philistäa jauchzt mir zu.

Ps 60,9 Wer will mich führen in die feste Stadt? Wer geleitet mich bis nach Edom?

Ps 60,10 Wirst du es nicht tun, O Gott [Elohim], der du uns verstößest und ziehest nicht aus, O Gott [Elohim], mit unserm Heer?

KJV + EL = Will not you, O Elohim, which had cast us off? And you, O Elohim, which did not go out with our armies?

Ps 60,11 Schaffe uns Beistand in der Not; denn Menschenhilfe ist nichts nütze.

KJV + EL = Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.

Ps 60,12 Mit Gott [Elohim] wollen wir Taten tun. Er wird unsere Feinde zertreten.

KJV + EL = Through Elohim we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.

Psalm 61

Ps 61,1 Ein Psalm Davids, vorzusingen, auf Saitenspiel. Höre, O Gott [Elohim], mein Schreien und merke auf mein Gebet!

KJV + EL + WEBSTER = To the chief Musician upon Neginah, [A Psalm] of David. Hear my cry, O Elohim; attend to my prayer.

Ps 61,2 Hienieden auf Erden (Vom Ende der Erde) rufe ich zu dir, wenn mein Herz in Angst ist, du wollest mich führen auf einen hohen Felsen.

KJV + EL = From the end of the earth will I cry to you, when my heart is overwhelmed: Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Ps 61,3 Denn du bist meine Zuversicht, ein starker Turm vor meinen Feinden.

Ps 61,5 Denn du, O Gott [Elohim], hörst mein Gelübde; du belohnst die wohl, die deinen Namen fürchten.

Ps 61,6 Du wollest dem König langes Leben geben, daß seine Jahre währen immer für und für,

Ps 61,7 daß er immer bleibe vor Gott [Elohim]. Erzeige ihm Güte und Treue, die ihn behüten.

KJV + EL = He shall abide before Elohim forever: Oh prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.

Ps 61,8 So will ich deinem Namen lobsingen ewiglich, daß ich meine Gelübde bezahle täglich.

Psalm 62

Ps 62,1 Ein Psalm Davids für Jeduthun, vorzusingen. Meine Seele sei stille zu Gott [Elohim], der mir hilft.

KJV + EL = To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of David. Truly my soul waits in silcence for Elohim only: From him comes my salvation.

Ps 62,2 Denn er ist mein Hort, meine Hilfe, meine Schutz, daß mich kein Fall stürzen wird, wie groß er ist.

KJV + EL = He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.

Ps 62,3 Wie lange stellt ihr alle einem nach, daß ihr ihn erwürgt/ sucht alle ihn niederzuwerfen - als eine hängende Wand und zerrissene Mauer?

KJV + EL = How long will you set upon a man? That you may kill him, all of you: as a leaning wall shall you be, and as a tottering fence.

Ps 62,4 Sie denken nur, wie sie ihn dämpfen, fleißigen sich der Lüge; geben gute Worte, aber im Herzen fluchen sie. (Sela.)

KJV + EL = They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: They delight in lies: They bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.

Ps 62,5 Aber sei nur stille zu Gott [Elohim], meine Seele; denn er ist meine Hoffnung.

KJV + EL = My soul, wait in silence for Elohim only; for my expectation is from him.

Ps 62,6 Er ist mein Hort, meine Hilfe und mein Schutz, daß ich nicht fallen werde.

Ps 62,7 Bei Gott [Elohim] ist mein Heil, meine Ehre, der Fels meiner Stärke; meine Zuversicht ist auf Gott [Elohim].
