Ps 35,22 O JAHWEH, du siehst es, schweige nicht; O JAHWEH, sei nicht ferne von mir!

KJV + EL = This you have seen, O YAHWEH: keep not silence: O YAHWEH, be not far from me.

Ps 35,23 LUTHER + EL = Erwecke dich und wache auf zu meinem Recht und zu meiner Sache, mein Gott [Elohim] and mein Herrscher!

KJV + EL = Stir up yourself, and awake to my judgment, even to my cause, my Elohim and my Sovereign.

Ps 44,24

Ps 35,24 O JAHWEH, mein Gott [Elohim], richte mich nach deiner Gerechtigkeit, daß sie sich über mich nicht freuen.

KJV + EL = Judge me, O YAHWEH my Elohim, according to your righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.

Ps 35,25 Laß sie nicht sagen in ihrem Herzen: „Da, da! das wollten wir.“ (ALBRECHT = Ei, nun ist’s erreicht!) Laß sie nicht sagen: „Wir haben ihn verschlungen.“

KJV + EL = Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.

Ps 35,26 Sie müssen sich schämen und zu Schanden werden alle, die sich meines Übels freuen; sie müssen mit Schande und Scham gekleidet werden, die sich gegen mich rühmen.

KJV + EL = Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at my hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify themselves against me.

Ps 35,27 Rühmen und freuen müssen sich, die mir gönnen, daß ich recht behalte, und immer sagen: JAHWEH sei hoch gelobt, der seinem Knechte wohlwill.

KJV + EL = Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause: Yes, let them say continually, Let YAHWEH be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

Ps 35,28 Und meine Zunge soll reden von deiner Gerechtigkeit und dich täglich preisen.

Ps 36,1 LUTHER + ELBERFELDER 1871 = Ein Psalm Davids, des Knechtes JAHWEH’s, vorzusingen. Die Übertretung des Gesetzlosen spricht im Innern meines Herzens: Es ist keine Furcht Gottes [Elohims] vor seinen Augen.

KJV + EL = To the chief Musician, [A Psalm] of David the servant of YAHWEH. The transgression of the wicked/ the lawless says within my heart, that there is no fear of Elohim before his eyes.

Ps 36,2 Sie schmücken sich untereinander selbst, daß sie ihre böse Sache fördern und andere verunglimpfem.

KJV + EL = For he flatters himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity is found to be hateful.

Ps 36,3 Alle ihre Lehre sind schädlich und erlogen [Frevel/ Unheil und Trug sind die Worte ihres Mundes]; sie lassen sich auch nicht weisen, daß sie Gutes täten;

KJV + EL = The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he has ceased to be wise, and to do good.

Ps 36,4 sondern sie trachten auf ihrem Lager nach Schaden und stehen fest auf dem bösen Weg und scheuen kein Arges.

KJV + EL = He devises mischief upon his bed; he sets himself in a way that is not good; he abhors not evil.

Ps 36,8 LUTHER + ELBERFELDER 1871 = Sie werden reichlich trinken von den reichen Gütern deines Hauses, und du wirst sie tränken mit dem Strome deiner Wonnen.

Ps 36,9 Denn bei dir ist die Quelle des Lebens, und in deinem Licht sehen wir das Licht.

Ps 37,1 Ein Psalm Davids. Erzürne dich nicht über die Bösen; sei nicht neidisch auf die Übeltäter.

Spr 24,19

Ps 37,2 Denn wie das Gras werden sie bald abgehauen, und wie das grüne Kraut werden sie verwelken.

Ps 37,6 und wird deine Gerechtigkeit hervorbringen wie das Licht und dein Recht wie den Mittag.

Ps 37,7 Sei stille JAHWEH und warte auf ihn; erzürne dich nicht über den, dem sein Mutwille glücklich fortgeht.

Ps 73,3

Ps 37,8 Steh ab vom Zorn und laß den Grimm, erzürne dich nicht, daß du nicht auch übel tust.

KJV + EL + WEBSTER = Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not yourself in any way to do evil.

Ps 37,9 Denn die Bösen werden ausgerottet; die aber JAHWEH’s harren, werden das Land erben.

KJV + EL = For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon YAHWEH, they shall inherit the earth.

V. 11.22.29.34

Ps 37,10 LUTHER + ELBER-FELDER 1871 = Es ist noch um ein kleines, so ist der Gesetzlose nimmer; und wenn du nach seiner Stätte sehen wirst, wird er weg sein.

KJV + EL = For yet a little while, and the wicked/ the lawless shall not be: Yes, you shall diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

Ps 37,11 Aber die Elenden/ Sanftmütigen werden das Land erben und Lust haben in großem Frieden.

KJV + EL = But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
