They are Zerefs.

The Zeremids, like the Zerefs (people of tradition), need living space. Zeremids are ideological, militant, and declarative now due to financial interest. To seduce the Zerefs and Zeremids, they have to promise a reward. The traditional elite usually led the traditional people into war against their immediate neighbors.
