Комментарии.Talk somebody into something значит «уговорить кого-либо», уговорами заставить другого человека сделать что-либо. Место дополнения в этой конструкции может быть занято существительным, местоимением или отглагольным существительным – герундием. Например:

That was the last time I let you talk me into a blind date. − Это был последний раз, когда ты уговорил меня на свидание вслепую

She needs to see a doctor, but she is so stubborn, we can’t talk her into it. – Ей нужно сходить к врачу, но она так упряма, что мы не можем ее уговорить (сделать это).

I know how to talk him into working for us. – Я знаю, как уговорить его работать на нас.
