Ps 82,1 Ein Psalm Asaphs. Gott [Elohim] steht in der Gemeinde/ Versammlung Gottes [El] und ist Richter unter den Göttern [elohim].

Ps 82,2 Wie lange wollt ihr unrecht richten und die Person der Gesetzlosen (= ELBERFELDER) vorziehen? (Sela.)

KJV + EL = How long will you judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked/ the lawless? Selah.

5. Mose 1,17

Ps 82,3 Schaffet Recht dem Armen und dem Waisen und helfet dem Elenden und Dürftigen zum Recht.

KJV + EL = Defend the poor and fatherless: Do justice to the afflicted and needy.

Jes 1,17

Ps 82,4 Errettet den Geringen und Armen und erlöset ihn aus der Gewalt / Hand der Gesetzlosen (= ELBERFELDER).

KJV + EL = Deliver the poor and needy: Rid them out of the hand of the wicked/ the lawless.

Ps 82,5 Aber sie lassen sich nicht sagen und achten‘s nicht; sie gehen immer hin im Finstern; darum müssen alle Grundfesten des Landes/ der Erde wanken.

KJV + EL = They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: All the foundations of the earth are out of course.

Ps 82,6 Ich habe wohl gesagt: „Ihr seid Götter [elohim] und allzumal Kinder/ Söhne des Höchsten“;

KJV + EL = I have said, You are elohim; and all of you are sons of the Most High.

Ps 82,7 aber ihr werdet sterben wie Menschen und wie ein Tyrann/ einer der Fürsten zugrunde gehen.

Ps 82,8 ELBERFELDER 1871 = Stehe auf, O Gott [Elohim], richte die Erde! Denn du wirst zum Erbteil haben alle Nationen.

Ps 83,1 Ein Psalmlied Asaphs. O Gott [Elohim], schweige doch nicht also und sei doch nicht so still; O Gott [El], halt doch nicht so inne!

KJV + EL = A Song [or] Psalm of Asaph. Keep not silence, O Elohim: Hold not your peace, and be not still, O El.

Ps 83,2 Denn siehe, deine Feinde toben, und die dich hassen, richten den Kopf auf.

KJV + EL = For, lo, your enemies make a tumult: And they that hate you have lifted up the head.

Ps 83,3 Sie machen listige Anschläge gegen dein Volk und ratschlagen wider deine Verborgenen/Geborgenen (Schützlinge!).

KJV + EL = They have taken crafty counsel against your people, and consulted against your hidden ones.

Ps 83,4 „Wohl her!“ sprechen sie; „laßt uns sie ausrotten, daß sie kein Volk / keine Nation mehr sind, daß des Namens Israel nicht mehr gedacht werde!“

Ps 83,13 O Gott [Elohim], mache sie wie einen Wirbel, wie Stoppeln vor dem Winde.

Ps 83,14 Wie ein Feuer den Wald verbrennt und wie eine Flamme die Berge anzündet:

Ps 83,17 Schämen müssen sie sich und erschrecken auf immer und zu Schanden werden und umkommen;

KJV + EL = Let them be confounded and troubled forever; yes, let them be put to shame, and perish:

Ps 83,18 so werden sie erkennen, daß du mit deinem Namen heißt JAHWEH allein und der Höchste in aller Welt.
