According to the partly preserved documents about the work of Mairanovsky Grigory Moiseevich at the Bach Institute of Biochemistry of the Narkomzdrav [Commissariat of Health] and the Gorky All-Union Institute of Experimental Medicine [VIEM], it is possible to recreate the following sequence of citizen G. M. Mairanovsky’s duties at those institutes:

2. A researcher at the Bach Institute of Biochemistry, 1929–1932.
3. Senior Researcher at the Bach Institute of Biochemistry, 1932–1933.
4. Head of the Toxicology Department at the Bach Institute of Biochemistry, 1933–1935.
5. Head of the Special Laboratory at the Gorky All-Union Institute of Experimental Medicine [VIEM], 1935–1937.
6. Senior Researcher at the Special Toxicological Laboratory of the Gorky All-Union Institute of Experimental Medicine [VIEM], 1937–1938.
7. Senior Researcher at the Pathology Department of the OV [Poison Substances] Therapy at the Gorky All-Union Institute of Experimental Medicine, 1938–1940.
Citizen G. M. Mairanovsky was dismissed from the Gorky All-Union Institute of Experimental Medicine on February 16, 1940.
