With the implementation of these training suggestions you will achieve physical success quickly, saving you a lot of time compared to conventional strength training. To reach your personal goals, 1.5 to a maximum of 3 hours a week of vibration training is sufficient. With this manual you can practice and teach an interesting and varied range of vibration plate training to achieve peak physical shape.
