Although the friends' wives had become sacred and untouchable women, it was a fact that Aquiles had well studied their backs and their tits. Even during Paula's and Sophie's pregnancies and lactation, the item “Tits” had been a conversation topic between them. “Are you ashamed of that? Can you be such a troglodyte to think that massaging your prostate will affect your masculinity because you enjoy using some sex toy? Do you think your friends don't use it?” said Marina bluntly.

Aquiles almost choked again. He never imagined that what had been a quiet Sunday awakening and a day that he projected as a peaceful one would have turned into a breakfast full of somewhat disturbing surprises.

“Did the girls tell you anything about sex toys?” Asked Aquiles, who was intrigued.

“No, nothing about that, and I didn't go so far as to tell him what we do, but get that Homo erectus mentality out of your head,” replied Marina.

Aquiles was aware that, beyond his open-mindedness, he maintained a "macho" structure and that the education he had received conditioned him, plus the social environment in which he moved. He thought it was spectacular that Marina had this open mind and felt very lucky to have her as a couple. However, if the day came when he decided to tell his friends about the kind of sexual practices he certainly enjoyed, he wanted to be the one to do it and not have them find out from their respective wives.

“I think I'll go for a swim before lunch,” said Aquiles, leaving the conversation, which at some point had made him uncomfortable.

“OK, go on, and then we'll go out for lunch,” said Marina.

Aquiles went to the dressing room, put on a black speedo, and over that, swimming short. He prepared a backpack with clothes to change into, a towel, took his flip-flops, and he went down to the pool.

As usual, he passed one or two people whom he greeted, took off his shorts, which he left on a deck chair, put on his swimming goggles, and dove into the warm water, where he swam for half an hour.

He returned to the apartment and went straight to get clothes to change into, as he had showered in the pool locker room. He looked for a blue bermudas, which combined with an antique pink sweater and nautical style shoes

Marina was ready, waiting for him in the breakfast room, with the lid of her notebook open. She looked beautiful, showing her long wet hair and hardly any makeup. She had put on a very colorful light dress, which exposed her firm shoulders and arms; she completed her look with white sandals.

Marina was the kind of woman who didn't need much makeup or accessories to look beautiful. Her style was simple; only her personality was enough to make a presence, so she didn't need many gadgets to attract attention.

Unless she required a more formal look due to work issues, her style was that of low shoes, without heels, or excessive supplements.

“Come on,” said Aquiles.

“Let's go,” replied Marina.

They went to the garage and left, searching for a restaurant near the river.

They spent the rest of the afternoon in the open air, enjoying the excellent weather and talking about what Aquiles had said on Saturday morning.

They had a decision taken. Marina used her Medical Assistance app on her cell phone to make an appointment with her gynecologist. Surprisingly, she had found one for the next day, which is not often that happens. To speed up the process, Aquiles did the same as to see his clinician, as their doctors would surely ask them for routine clinical tests before becoming pregnant.

In the evening, they returned to the apartment, snacked on something leftover from Saturday night in the refrigerator, took a shower, and went to bed, where they stayed in each other's arms, watching TV until they fell asleep.

The alarm clock's annoying and hateful sound interrupted the deep sleep in which Aquiles and Marina were. Both remained still and silent.

Five minutes passed, and now it was Aquiles' alarm clock that began to sound, projecting the time numbers onto the ceiling. It was 07:15 a.m, and there was no more room left for slacking off any longer.

Aquiles got out of bed and went straight to the bathroom to pee and brush his teeth. Then he went to the kitchen, squeezed four oranges and two grapefruits, made fresh coffee, and put slices of bread in the toaster.

He took his cell phone out of its charger and went to the breakfast room window, where warm rays of sunshine enter and from where he could see the sky, which was again clear and diaphanous.

Aquiles checked some messages and was startled to feel Marina's arms grabbing him from behind, crossing over his abdomen, and then descending with his hands until reaching his dick.

“Good morning, love,” said Marina.

Aquiles turned, smiled, and responded with a kiss on her lips.

“Good morning, my dear,” he said.

Marina grabbed two cups, the sugar bowl, spoons, took fresh milk, cream cheese, and cranberry jam out of the refrigerator, put them on a tray, and brought them to the table. Aquiles took the juice glasses, the coffee mug, a couple of spreading knives and sat down in Marina's front.

“Beautiful day,” said Marina.

“Beautiful,” said Aquiles, who added, “If the weather continues like this, it would be nice to arrange with the boys to go sailing next Sunday,”

“Yes, it would be nice; we are looking forward to the end of the week,” said Marina.

“How is your day going today?” asked Aquiles.

“This morning, I'm meeting with what could be a new and interesting client. At a quarter past one, I'm going to see the gynecologist, and then I'm going to have a quiet evening, so I don't know if I'll be going back to the office or coming home. Depending on how much I want to and how the day is going, I might stop by Sofi's house. I haven't seen the baby for quite a while,” said Marina.

“Ah, I didn't know you had made an appointment for today with the gynecologist,” said Aquiles.

“Yes, so get ready, love, we're going to make triplets,” said Marina in a mocking tone.

“Can you imagine? From being alone to being five at a time!” commented Aquiles, laughing and looking panicky.

“Difficult... My family has no history, and I don't think yours has either, right?” Marina asked.

“Not that I know of...” said Aquiles and added, “I have an appointment for Wednesday with my doctor.”

“With your gynecologist?” said Marina, laughing.

“Don’t be silly... with my clinical,” answered Aquiles.

“If you feel like, and it depends on how your day comes, we could meet at Félix and Sofi's house and share dinner with them,” said Marina.
