The Eighth and Ninth Harbingers take place in Washington DC. In Washington, you can visit the Walter E. Washington Convention Center at 801 Mount Vernon Place Northwest. That is where on September 11, 2004, Sen. John Edwards gave The Utterance when he quoted from Isaiah 9:10 during a Congressional Black Caucus Prayer Breakfast. (Refer to chapter 12, “The Eighth Harbinger: The Utterance.”)

The Ninth Harbinger is The Prophecy, spoken September 12, 2001, by Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle at the Capitol building. This was done before a Joint Session of Congress in the House Chamber. This is also the place President Obama entered on February 24, 2009, to make his own declaration that paralleled the ancient vow. In front of the Capitol building, on the side overlooking the Washington Mall, are the steps of the Western Terrace, where America’s presidents are sworn into office. It was here that Nouriel and the prophet stood gazing out at the Washington Mall. (Refer to chapter 13, “The Ninth Harbinger: The Prophecy” and chapter 18, “The Third Witness.”)

The Capitol steps would be a perfect place to pray for America’s future, that the nation would turn back to God and experience a spiritual awakening.
