If the potential agent agrees, then there is an order processing and payment. After that, the member of GRU and the member of mafia (who took the order) come to this man and recruitment becomes a simple formality. But what if this man doesn’t agree to make the order? This is mainly because of fear of responsibility. In such a case, they hire as usual. The man disagrees of course and calls 911 for help. The trick is that GRU members know the police work and know where and what time appropriate police officers will come. So, when the police arrive, they with GRU member start to persuade this man to organize a contract killing.

Remember: in the recruitment of Russian Mafia the hit contract is required. Why?

How do secret services recruit all over the world? They have an order to recruit a man and subordinate people begin to study this man: a family man, he doesn’t need money, isn’t involved in anything, loves his country and hates communism. The result is it is impossible to recruit him. Bur in GRU it is not the same. The authorities order to recruit the man and set a deadline. That’s all. Subordinates work.

It is not hard to guess that working in such a way, the quantity and quality of information extracted by GRU exceed the quantity and quality of all the other secret agencies of the world combined.

About setups

The method described in part 1 «The Murder with sex" (a story, "the Russian mafia in the United States") is a setup. But in Moscow, according to the statistics, it almost came to nothing and it is not so interesting. Although the seizure of hands and feet probably has the universal structure. It allows you to knock out a man (for example with a towel around the neck, as it is done in prisons, or any other way so that forensic scientist will not notice), and when a man is unconscious he can be given an electric shock, made choke on, so anything-just without witnesses.

How are people imprisoned for rape? It’s very easy — you are watched when you throw away your rubbish. You have sex with your wife from time to time. Where do you throw a condom? Certainly to the bin. Bad people take the condom with your sperm. Then there is a simple setup: a strange woman accuses you of rape (a million of options), and as ill luck would have it there is no alibi. A medical expert finds the sperm in her vagina, finds out that it is yours and you are in prison.

But what if you do not use a condom?

It is also very easy. Your friend is asked to make this setup. You pick up a prostitute together. Of course you have sex with a prostitute using a condom. Where would you throw a condom? To the bin in the hotel or to the bushes if you are outside.

I faced these setups in July 2001. All in all, they have nothing interesting; probably they are 200 years old. I was just astonished that GRU could not organize a discreet surveillance of my rubbish. But this story was not worth writing about, but after June 22, 2013 I faced with two setups and now I am at the keyboard of the computer. It was 22 June, it was getting dark.
