When you’re a threat, the kingdom of darkness unleashes an all-out attack,

If they can’t kill and destroy you, they’ll hope you’ll turn back.

When you’re a threat, there’s a temptation that comes upon you so strong,

There’s a battle in your mind, trying to draw you to do wrong.

When these things comes against you, don’t back down or give up but pursue,

Knowing in all things you’re more than a conqueror and that God will see you through.

If you know you’re a threat to the kingdom of darkness, continue and let the devil fret,

And if you think you’re seeing victories in your life, you haven’t seen anything yet.

But if you’ve fallen asleep, wake up and become a threat,

And let’s send the devil and his angels into confusion; let’s make them mad and upset.

Are you a threat to the kingdom of darkness?

Life can bring so many ups and downs,

Those downs that bring unhappiness and frowns.

Life can bring much pain and sorrow,

Life can make you feel there’s no hope for tomorrow.

Life can bring disagreements between loved ones that need resolving,

Life can bring about problems from time to time that need solving,

Life can bring a feeling of loneliness and rejection,

Life can put you into situations where you need protection.

But these troubles will not last,

They’ll soon be a thing of the past.

For there is One who brings peace when there’s war and strife,

One who brings the joy and happiness back into your life,

One who brings comfort when you’re all alone,

One who cares when all you want to do is groan,

One who heals and restores relationships that are broken down,

One who’s never too far away, He’s always around,

One who makes a way when you’ve come to a dead end,

One you can always depend on, a reliable Friend.

Yes trouble will come, but however,

Trouble will not last for ever.
