Less than four years have passed, and Freddy is a fabulously rich film producer. His and Urban’s Freddy Vision has several dozen employees. Apart from a big crowd of actresses, actors and independent crew members. The videos of Freddy Vision and Perversum Universum brands are among the most hard-core and most sought-after porn on the domestic market. Some titles have even been banned from distribution in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Freddy and his partner don’t give a toss; they have a grateful public in Germany and elsewhere.

In one society magazine Freddy was even called a European porn king. Then he ran from one office to another with a copy in his hand. Every one of his employees had to see the published photograph. In a quiet but solemn voice Freddy declaimed the whole column dedicated to his person. After he’d run round all his company’s offices, he locked himself in his study that he shared with the ever-absent Video Urban. He opened a papier mâché globe which concealed a rich assortment of nicely flavoured drinks and poured himself a full glass of Cointreau: to celebrate. He liked this liqueur’s inimitable orange aroma, sweet taste and, incidentally, very high alcohol content, which made it a classic distillate. It was superb on ice and, paradoxically, it was an extraordinarily refreshing drink. When he’d downed the Cointreau and crushed the ice, he made a new mark on the label, wrote down the date and put the bottle and the glass where he’d got it from. For a long time he stood in front of the mirror, his fists clenched. Alfréd Mešťánek was a European porn king! And that was just the start. Well, he’d show them all!

The water boils for coffee. Freddy quits his memories, makes a Turkish coffee, and adds cream and a few spoonfuls of sugar. Cup in hand, he enters his study and turns on the light. He sits down at the computer. Before he turns it on, he checks his watch. It’s almost five. Freddy likes to get up this early and sit in his pyjamas for a few hours, writing a new script until the time comes to go to work.

Fresh damp air blows from the nearby pond. After his parents died Freddy had complex renovations done to their house, and he and his family moved into what is now a luxury villa. He likes living there. Each tree and each stone remind him of his childhood. The house is big and spacious. A pool, a fitness centre, and a small wine cellar are tucked away in the basement. But there have been no visitors there yet. Freddy is stingy and doesn’t invite anyone. They can all buy their own drinks.

Recalling his years at the university, studying scriptwriting in Bratislava, arouses mixed emotions. He had to write real scripts then. Their professor, a popular and successful scriptwriter, made them all write similar, formally perfect scripts. Now he’s a successful artist, Freddy doesn’t have to do anything. He sketches the action in a few lines and improvises the rest while shooting. Actually, if you come to think of it, Freddy earns his daily bread easily and joyfully. He’s loaded. He has a fine wife, pretty and respectable, at his side, and they have a beautiful healthy child. Life can sometimes be wonderful, really.

The main character of the forthcoming film is, of course, his beloved Sida. Using the pseudonym Siedah Strong, a cruel smile on her made-up face and a whip in her hand, under Freddy’s direction she’s become a porn star of European renown. She’s a success. All the more so since she has never had sex in any of her films: she only tortures and punishes, while the juicy sex is always provided by her female assistants. Freddy reflects: should he let her finally have real intercourse? That would be a sensation, something totally new. It would be like Wilma, the legendary Dutch porn star of Color Climax Corporation’s zoophiliac works, letting herself make love to a man. Interesting.

The new film will take place at the time of the Holy Inquisition. Freddy hasn’t a clue about the period, but he’s not inhibited: he’s never cared about historical accuracy. Perhaps Siedah can even use her legendary SS-style leather cap. Freddy writes a part to suit her when he makes her a cruel judge-inquisitor who uses various methods to interrogate several young, well-built men suspected of witchcraft. Everything takes place in the gloomy location of a mediæval torture chamber. Siedah has beautiful assistants but they are terribly cruel. Their job is to find out if the young men really are in league with the devil. They find out by sexually exciting the men in various ways. If the young men turn out to be male witches, it will be proved by their over-developed sexual organs and marked virility. Of course, they are devils incarnate.

Freddy has worked out this much. He just doesn’t know how to end it. But he’s not interested in the ending today. There’s plenty of time for that. Today he has to think up a title for this new opus. He types the first that comes to mind: STRONG INQUISITION. He pauses and mulls his idea over. He runs it mutely past his lips a few times. The sense is good. It suggests that this is another film in the series starring Siedah Strong. At the same time, the target group will be attracted by the dark practices of the inquisition. But the sound, the sound of it! It’s too long and there are too many syllables, too many sibilants. Sida has enough of them in her screen name already. Freddy thinks about it. Then he writes: STRONG JUSTICE. He rubs his hands in satisfaction. This is more like it. It has the screen name “Strong”, and that’s a guarantee of quality. There’s also a hint of the courts, and that means strictness. In fact, there’s twice as much strictness now. Freddy frowns. Unfortunately, there are more sibilants than ever. Freddy clenches his fist. He drinks his coffee. The title is wrong. It sounds like a bad western. Freddy reflects once more. Then he writes: ANAL JUSTICE. Yes, this could be it. The title is unambiguous and apt. Anal sex is in fashion now. Men like it. They like to watch. They don’t dare do it themselves. It either repels them, or they don’t get hard enough to penetrate the rectum. Or they may be too shy to ask a woman to offer her buttocks. Or they ask and are rejected. Freddy looks worried. What if there’s been too much anal sex recently, he wonders. Will the target group be attracted? Is the word “anal” still a good enough magnet? In the end he decides it is. Now he has to include at least one anal sex scene, and it’s done. Besides, what if he used young transsexuals, instead of young men? They’d act the beautiful witches until the moment they undress for torture. Then the young girls with gorgeous breasts would turn out to have big hard penises under their skirts. Hmm. Freddy tries to imagine it. The computer fan hums in the dark.

To be a rich, successful artist is lovely. And magically easy.
