Introduction INTRODUCTION All my years and experience of running weight-management programmes have taught me that we all want one thing: FAST RESULTS. SMALL STEPS TO LONG-TERM WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
It’s difficult to make huge changes to our lifestyle, no matter how healthy they might be. Our attempts to stick to strict diets, for example, are often doomed to failure and lead to frustration, disillusionment and lowered self-esteem.
