Humbleness and honesty are the basic elements to convince people who start loving and following you. They turn their heads back to admire you as a human hero by taking your steps behind them. Perfection by intellectual means is impossible, but humble insight near the soul makes it possible. Exercised humbleness brings you close to opening the mind with the high level of intelligence and into the world of ultimate understanding and love.

Humbleness should be the basic element, which on the next step up honesty follows. Then good things will follow on the higher steps, because the fundament is laid out and solid that your life construction becomes coherent and safe what in turn gives ground and shape for the young generation.

Intelligence is important, it should not underestimated, but stands not above humbleness in theory and practice. It is the challenge from day to day that forms the concept what is most important and what is less, since life has its years, its limits and its obligations that should be taken seriously and substantially fulfilled.

If you want to become a leader for humans old and young, start exercising early, day by day, what it means be humble with vision and commitment in helping and supporting those who cannot do their work due to hunger and pain that you have to pull them out of the hole of poverty or out of the bigger trench of dirt and misery.

The book you hold and ask yourself regarding understanding, then come up the many questions for truth and worth, if the reading of the words and sentence bring the thoughts to form the ground and shape the sculpture and the sketch on which the picture of greater value can be developed, because life lasts longer than one day, though at the end it is short.

Most important is the process of opening to give what you have and give this much further to the people and children who stand day after day around you with spoon and empty pots that you can view what you read in the book holding in your hand. So you learn it again and read and say it the thousandth time humanity belongs to humans also those who are deprived of dignity.

Humbleness is the key that opens the doors to mankind and the hearts of other people and children in particular, which were locked due to arrogance and negligence. True knowledge tells that humans know nothing. ( Socrates ) It is the truth that comes up with humbleness. Humbleness in general is the solid foundation of all virtues. ( Confucius ) One of the virtues is wisdom that comes out from this foundation.

Confucius, oh you great man, Confucius, you philosophical hero for humans of simple appearance and deep mind, we have to learn from you and reflect your words and thoughts to get the meaning in its clearer comprehension of to be. The problem of the time with its high-grade technology is to find the level of your humbleness and far reaching view.

We must learn to listen much more carefully and humbly when the great values of truth and virtue pass the eyes and mind. We as well have to learn to be quiet and reflective to get an idea of the magnificent genealogy and ancient greatness what modern intellectual manipulations often take mistakenly, because the basic of these values has to be elementarily respected.

Not smaller in his ideas and logical derivations stands Socrates, fighting as an older soldier of 38 up to 48 years as a hoplite in the Peloponnesian War (431-404 BC). Philosophically he remained a soldier for the truth and gave his life for it. The truth teaches since some thousand years that knowledge is too short if it comes to the values of wisdom.

For all the deficit in perception, education is urgently needed to understand more what is basic for life in viewing, thinking and doing to overcome the negligence, imagination and arrogance that are the hurdles for correction and improvement. To bring mankind forward, the environment has to be cleaned that humans find easier the path in the right direction.

The challenge is big and with this the effort to be made to start the walk under better circumstances at the right time that people can enjoy equality, justice and personal dignity. It is the peace and freedom in thinking and expression what was taken as human rights away from many generations that hope and expectation are growing up to ethical heights.
