Обе они помогут избавиться от предубеждений в отношении мещанства и активного продвижения своих идей. Книги Стефани Уинстон (Getting Organized и др.) – очень полезны и практичны. Мартин Селигман внес хороший вклад в тему книгой What You Can Change and What You Can’t. Ни одна из них не ответит на вопрос, есть ли у вас депрессия, но они должны помочь вам во время выздоровления.
