The preceding case history deals with a problem that is all too common today on the American scene: the neglected daughter. The subject of this history had her first sexual experience, culminating in intercourse, at the age of fifteen, where she was not only introduced by her boyfriend to fellatio, but to cunnilingus. Although this can be considered somewhat normal, her predilection for fellatio moved out of the bounds of what is thought to be normal.

It is interesting, in this situation of incest, that although the subject was residing with her parents, her choice for an incestual relation was an uncle instead of her father.

After interviewing Carol, it was felt that her sexual permissiveness was due to the lack of attention and recognition, if you will, that she received from her parents. Fully aware of her body, she found that by using it she would at least gain some of the attention she so craved. Although not exhibitionistic to the point of exposing herself completely, she would on every occasion wear clothing that would reveal as much of her body as was socially acceptable, such as see-thru blouses and extremely abbreviated bikinis.

As stated in her narrative, she was perfectly satisfied in her relations with boyfriends. However, she still craved the affection of her father. He, being rarely home, she was forced to find someone with whom she would be able to identify with and vicariously enjoy the affection and attention she knew she would receive from her father if he were ever home. Hence, her uncle.

It would also appear that there is a possibility that at the time of her first incestual act with her uncle, though physically mature, she was still but a mere child, emotionally speaking. This particular thought was brought about by the manner in which she "seduced" her uncle, via what may be referred to as an obscene phone call, administered in the hopes of exciting him sexually.

In this manner of verbal exhibitionism the subject is resorting to a sexual tact used chiefly by mental and emotional deficients. Referring to this subject, Prof. Richard von Krafft-Ebing states in his monumental work, Psychopathia Sexualis:

The presumption is justifiable that an individual who has in this way offended public decency and his own self-respect was incapable of (idiots) or had lost the feelings of morality (states of acquired mental weakness); or that he acted while in a clouded state of consciousness (transitory insanity, states of partial consciousness)… The silly manner of this sexual activity, or really sexual demonstration, points, to intellectual and moral weakness; or, at least, to temporary inhibition of the intellectual and moral functions, with excitation of the "libido" dependent upon a decided disturbance of consciousness (abnormal unconsciousness, mental confusion), and at the same time calls the virility of these individuals in question,… Only great sensuality and defective ideas of laws and morals can lead to incest; weak-mindedness which does not allow the development of the feeling of shame, and

which, under certain circumstances, is associated with eroticism in females. These facilitate the occurrence of incestuous acts.

Bearing this thought in mind, BJ. George, Jr. states in the book Sexual Behavior and the Law:

In testing the validity of these statutes, one must consider the source of acts of prostitution. Traditional explanations in terms of economic necessity appear subject to question. Rather, the prostitute and those who regularly associate with her evince marked psychic immaturity which makes normal heterosexual relationships difficult or impossible… In a number of instances the abnormality is in fact deficiency. Certain data suggests that a substantial number of prostitutes, particularly those in a house of prostitution or those picked up for street walking, are mentally deficient. A Massachusetts study in 1914 found that of 300 prostitutes, 51 per cent were feebleminded and 3 per cent classified in the terminology of the time as insane. Of the 135 classified as "normal," most were of "distinctly inferior intelligence" six of the 300 had real good minds.

Although the subject herself states that she makes her living as a prostitute because she likes the work, the preceding evidence, coupled with tests that were voluntarily taken by the subject, showed her to be below average intelligence, although she could not be classified as feebleminded or insane.

Along with a predilection for oral copulation, it is also felt that the subject suffers from latent masochistic tendencies technically termed coprolagnia, defined as "disgusting acts for the purpose of self-humiliation and sexual gratification." This is indicated in parts of the subject's narrative, where in graphic detail she described the exhilarating effect she experienced when performing anilingus on her uncle, to the point of coming in contact with his feces which in turn caused an immediate orgasm.

Although some may hold this as being incredulous, Krafft-Ebing states, "Impressions obtained through the senses of smell and taste, which in the normal man produce feelings of disgust and nausea, are made the basis of the most vivid emotions of lust, producing in the perverse subject mighty impulses to orgasm and ejaculation."

And so it is with the subject of this case history. It can be speculated that if the subject had not become involved with the uncle, he himself suffering from the same aberration ("I want you to piss on me; I want to drink your piss"), it is possible that her present emotional state would not be nearly as perverse as it is now. However, this is only speculation.

We will now return to the subject's narrative:

"As it turned out, Uncle Henry didn't call until about two in the morning. I was asleep when the phone beside my bed rang. I'm glad I had the bell turned down, otherwise it would have awakened my folks for sure.

"Groggily, I reached over and lifted the receiver to my ear. 'Hello,' I said, sleep still sounding in my voice.

"'Hello Carol. This is Uncle Henry.'

"Immediately I was wide awake. 'Hello, Uncle Henry. I've been waiting to hear from you. I was starting to give up hope.'

" 'I'm sorry, but I haven't had a chance to call you all day. Aunt Frieda, you know. What I'm calling for is what we talked about last night.'

"'You mean you'd like to fuck me?'

"'Carol, you don't know how much I would like to see you. I've been thinking about you ever since last night. When I went to sleep, I dreamed about it. I can't get you out of my mind. I keep seeing you the way you looked on the bed, almost naked and everything.'

"'Maybe the next time you see me I'll be completely naked,' I said, laughing softly. 'Would you like that, Uncle Henry?' I was enjoying teasing him. He was breathing hard into the phone. 'Do you think you could get away from Aunt Frieda for a whole week-end?' I asked.

"'A whole week-end? Well, I don't know. I suppose I could think of something. Why?'

"'Well, it seems that my folks are going to be gone all of next week-end. I'll have the house to myself and I thought you might enjoy being my house guest. I'll be yours to fuck and suck the entire week-end. How does that sound? You know, my cunt is all wet now just from thinking about it. What do you say?'

"'Yes, Carol, I'll be there. I'll think of something to tell your aunt. When are your parents leaving?'

"'They'll be gone Friday afternoon and won't be back until Sunday night and my pussy will be dripping wet every minute of the time.'

"'Keep it that way, Carol. Ill" be there Friday evening, say around seven. Alright?* "'Fine, Uncle Henry. I'll see you then. Bye-bye.'

"Reaching over, I put the phone back in its cradle. My thoughts filled with Uncle Henry as I fell asleep. I could hardly wait until Friday. It was going to be one hell of a week-end.
