Самая лучшая валюта – образование и здоровье. Чем больше разных активов, в разной валюте, кирпичах и земле удастся удержать, тем устойчивее лодка.

Если у вас квартира или дом, или участок земли, если ваши сбережения и долги – в двух-трех валютах, включая рубль, если вы вкладываете деньги в свой профессиональный рост и образование детей, если часть доходов – фиксирована (аренда, депозиты, облигации) и если долги не чрезмерны, то вы создали более-менее устойчивую конструкцию.

Можете даже сделать какие-то спекулятивные вложения, например, в акции, но не более чем на 3–5 % активов. Не играйтесь в Форекс. Если вы не профессионал – обязательно проиграете. Не пытайтесь вкладывать во что-то альтернативное, пока не убедитесь, что товар – абсолютно ликвиден. Золото ничего не стоит в трудные времена. Это хорошо известно петербуржцам.

Что еще? Только тот, кто ежедневно оценивает риски, сохранит активы. Делайте это в отношении банков, процента, курса валюты, любых вложений ваших денег. Риски финансовые, регулятивные, даже экономики в целом. Политические риски.

Но и в этом случае нет абсолютно надежных конструкций. Мы все сидим за спиной российских властей, как водителя, который управляет экономикой в целом. Мы зависим от того, какие он делает повороты руля и куда нас завезет.

Пока же только мечтаем о том, чтобы не повторился XX век, когда каждое, подчеркиваю – каждое поколение россиян теряло все свои активы в смутах, в войнах и реформах.

Но главное – делать, двигаться, не стоять.

Не быть в том, что называется «бессмысленное финансовое поведение».

Дайте семье все возможности, чтобы спокойно жить и набирать силу.
