-the familiar moving tunnel

- lots of yellow coloured manifestations on the left side, some were very strange, can“t describe them, like thick worms with a tail like a hook,and then one “worm“ became like...two holes opened on it (i have seen this again, but i can“t describe it!)

-yellow spiral and also a point from where the yellow shapes seemed to come from and also to go to

-i finally saw the two tunnels, but not exactly like that. It started like a very intense light circle on the left eye, that came towards my eye and then away from it, and this became the bright tunnel and immediately got connected with the blackness of the right eye, but i did not see any totem

All this later became like the wings of the butterfly, for an instante

- And.. i also saw this, very clearly, so clearly that i couldn“t misanderstand it.. What i saw amazed me.. as much as you may want to laugh when you read it))

This is what i saw: an indicator became longer and brighter, and then one of its end became just a little bit thicker. And then in front of it, appeared a huge (compared to the indicator) bright yellow sphere. And then the indicator was.. trying to penetrate the sphere, moving against it again and again.

Have you ever seen a microscopic image of a sperm the moment that it tries to “enter“ the egg cell? that is exactly, exactly, the image i was watching. And i was more amazed by the fact that when i realised it, the image remained as it was.

You can laugh now.. )))

my hands became very tired so i pulled them from eyes.

That“s what happened next:

As i was observing the interface:

-a sound like an electric discharge from the right ear, entered the interface momentarily as an image. The image was a tree against a sky, very light pale colours, i saw it not steady, as if i was running.

-I saw another dream scene for a moment, which diminished and became a black indicator on the interface and then disapeared

-5 sounds, like the one that the switch of the light makes, only more high-pitch. Two times on the right, one time at the back of the head, and two times at the left. They happened in that sequence, one after the other. tsaf-tsaf/tsaf/tsaf-tsaf ))

-I understood i was ready to have an obe.

In order to carry out the practice, i didn“t leave my body in the usual way, but i dived into the interface. that was fun) I ended up in my room. Again.

I went outside for a flight, but the sensation was different than other times.. like...i wasn“t moving.. but i was. The darkness of the sky, for some reason brought back to my interface, and inside my bosy, but still on my energy body (my body hadn“t woken up).

I then remembered that the practice was about enlarging the interface. so, this time:

-instead of diving into the interface, i started to enlarge it. And then something that i didn“t expect happened: the interface started moving (like.. it stretched and changed, like it was alive, that“s the feeling i got, that it was “alive“) and it became a lozenge with its sides moving in.. concentric lozenges towards the center. I then felt being pulled by my feet with great velocity out of my body (with no such intention from my part). I was again in my room, being pulled by my feet and i was seeing my hands in front of me in the dark (i found this very funny too,like a funny horror film)) ). And.. as i was watching my hands moving on the bed (with the movement of my body) i was also seeing bright and colourfull dots like indicators.

And then, back to the interface and into the body, like the previous time.

-then i dreamt, that i was in the kitchen. with my mother another woman and a my boyfriend. i got lucid. I said it out loud “this is a dream“.

I realised then that the man, wasn“t my boyfriend, but someone else. For some strange reason, i didn“t feel like leaving or hostile towards the man or afraid (because he proved to be somebody else and not my boyfriend as i thought). The man, stood up and came towards me when i said that i am dreaming. That“s new too, because usually if there is a sprite around the moment i turn lucid, it gets scared.

But he didn“t, and he wasn“t a sprite. He came towards me and put his arms around me and looked me in the eyes. I looked in his eyes too, we looked for a awhile, and then his eyes started to darken, and i felt that i was absorbed by the darkness in his eyes and.. i went back at my interface, inside my body once again.

And then i heard two different men voices calling my name out loud, very loud. So loud and clear that i thought somebody was actually calling me from the street (3 floors down!).

I woke up to check it out and asked my brother if that had happened and he said no.

-at a moment i enterd the interface and it was dark all around (as it should be) but i don“t remember what happened... i remember that i was thinking of what to do, but i don“t remember if i did anything at last.

Ok.. i think i said the most of it.

Now i“m ready to move on to task 4))

I hope i didn“t gave you a headache.

у меня видимых успехов нет, после работы хватает сил только на то, что бы заснуть...

посмотрю что будет на выходные, сновижу только по этим дням..

сны все мрачные, бред какой-то сниться.

Очередной отчет.

3 упражнение

1) получилось сразу. При удлинении ног тело охватывает некое приятное ощущение – «душевного подъема» что ли… и в области немного выше пупка чуствуется небольшое напряжение (отдаленно напоминающее ощущения при качании преса). Слишком далеко удлинять ноги не пробовал – просто проверил саму возможность удлинения. При укорачивании вроде как есть небольшое неприятное ощущение. Оно скорее душевное нежели физическое – ну не хочу я укорачиваться!

2) дальше все куда сложнее дается: не получается добиться наличия двух разных «картинок» в каждом глазе. Ну да не страшно, буду тренироваться – Время есть! Есть meller! :)))

Больше мне пока сказать нечего… иду спать… всего доброго!

ну я эта, не такой опытный как бы, чтоб давать конкретные ответы :)

вдруг это ваще не то што ты думаешь, например.

то есть, типа абстрактный совет, попробуй определить второй слой этих нападений.

вот например взять нашего великого сно-террориста и бомбиста LucyFlea.

паря всю агрессию выносит в сон, в реале это беззащитно мыкающее существо :)

ну кроме шуток, в прошлогодних заданиях Равенны,

что-то проскаивало вроде, по этому поводу.

и поиском по сайту глянь классификацию типовых ловушек,

вроде nexus пытался разработать.

собственный опыт у меня ... слишком уж конкретный, и как правило корни в реале.
