TO MY FATHER, President Donald J. Trump: I am so proud of you. You were always there for us, and now you are there for our nation. Just like your amazing parents, you always took care of our family. When you decided to run for office, you stepped up to the challenge, and your grandchildren and millions of other kids will be better off because of it. You are one of the most incredible people I have ever known. Our country is blessed to have you as president with an incredible first lady by your side. Melania continues to bring poise and elegance to everything she does. Our nation is lucky to have her! Dad, I’d say keep fighting, but who are we kidding? You know no other way! Love you.

To my mother, grandmother, and late grandfather: Writing this book brought back many memories of summers spent in Czechoslovakia. I wouldn’t be the man I am today if it weren’t for those adventures and incredible memories. Thank you.

To my spectacular kids, Kai, Donnie, Tristan, Spencer, and Chloe: I love you more than anything. You were born into a unique family. We work hard and we achieve a lot, and there is little doubt in my mind that you will all do the same. Aim for success in all you do. I will be there for you every step of the way, always. To Vanessa, thank you for our amazing children and the wonderful job you do with them.

To my siblings, Eric, Ivanka, Tiffany, and Barron: Only you can understand the craziness we have experienced in the last three years. We learned who our true friends are, and we learned the viciousness of fake news. Nothing could have prepared us for the lies. We are Trumps, we don’t play the victim card, and we will succeed here as well. We are in this together.

To Kimberly: You always bring out the best in me and everyone else around you. You are such a special person. We have the best time together. Always know that I am thankful for you. Love you.

To Jared and Lara: You married into our family, but little did you know the roller coaster we would all embark on. I admire your dedication, work ethic, and desire to succeed, just like ours. We couldn’t do this without you at our sides.

To my informal political team, who sometimes get me into more trouble than I can manage to get into myself, Sergio, Arthur, Andy, and Charlie: Being in politics with you makes it fun. Here’s to many more adventures and memories over the coming years.

To my friends Tommy, Gentry, and Oz: When Dad decided to run, he told me on the elevator ride down to the announcement in Trump Tower that we would soon find out who our true friends are. I couldn’t ask for a better group of friends to go into battle with, true friends!

To all my hunting, fishing, and shooting buddies, Jason, Rob, Rich, Trig, Don, Keith, Chuck, Gary, Jay, Dave, and the rest of the boys: I thrive in business, I choose to fight and win in politics, but I truly unwind when I am outdoors in the wilderness of our nation and our world. You keep me grounded at least a little—or till it becomes a competition. Thank you!
