Даже с такой поправкой наш контраргумент относительно дат рождения не утрачивает силу: подлинная элита, принятая в Зал Славы хоккея, не зависит от каких-либо изначальных преимуществ, которыми обладают в начале карьеры молодые игроки, появившиеся на свет в начале календарного года. Великие попадают в группу 10× независимо от даты рождения.
